To provide a Bug Blocker® insert panel for service entry doors for both ventilation and security. The panel to be retrofitted into existing service doors and use 304 STAINLESS STEEL SCREEN to withstand the industrial environment.

Specifications:
Size shall be 25″w x 35″h, 25″w x 31″h, or 25″w x 25″h for 1-3/4 inch thick doors. Allow for a 10″ kick plate at bottom of door when used above and below the panic opener. The insert panel shall be the heavy duty Bug Blocker® Service Door Screen Insert as supplied by Rasco Industries, Inc.
Frame:
Shall be aluminum alloy 6063-T6 mill finish, with a groove provided for applying calk to seal the outside frame to the door. Frames are held in place by tamper proof headed screws.
Screen:
The screening shall be 304 stainless steel in either of the following configurations:

MEETS FEDERAL SPECIFICATION STANDARD A-A-1037B DATED APRIL 19, 1990 FOR TYPE I, CLASS I WIRE FABRIC.
MEETS THE ASTM STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL WIRE CLOTH AND SCREENS, DESIGNATION E-437-85.

Solid Insert:
A solid insert panel shall be provided constructed of 22 GAUGE POWDERCOATED STEEL GRAY PANEL, with a thermo brake between front and back panels, 1 inch of insulation, 2 handles, and a slide latch.
Clear Insert:
An optional clear panel of 3/8″ Polycarbonate with an aluminum frame, slide latch, and 2 handles.
Storage Rack:
An optional storage rack for the panel shall be provided.
