To provide a Bug Blocker® air inlet screen panel for mounting on windows or louvered air inlet openings for ventilation and/or security. The panel may be provided to mount on the surface, or for insert into a frame assembly. The panel uses 304 STAINLESS STEEL SCREEN to withstand the rigors of an industrial environment.

Specification:
The Air Inlet Screen Panel shall be the heavy duty Bug Blocker® screen as supplied by Rasco Industries, Inc.
Frame:
The frame shall be aluminum alloy 6063-T6 mill finish, with stainless steel screen permanently attached.
Surface Mount:
Frame sections shall be aluminum extrusion, and shall be 1″ x 1-1/4″ wide. Maximum section 25-1/2″ wide x 120″ high. An extruded divider to be provided every 48 inches of height. Multiple units may be stacked side by side with a finger and groove providing the interlocking of mating edge. Units are easily inserted into a top "Z" bracket channel and dropped into a lower "Z" bracket. As they are slid 1/4″ to the left they interlock with the next section. A holding bolt prevents section removal without first removing the bolt.
Insert Mount:
Frame shall be a 1-1/4″ x 1″ aluminum angle inset into the frame 1″. Maximum single screen 48″ high x 72″ wide. Units are mounted with a #8 screw mounted through the frame with a Dzus type slide fastener on the frame for easy removal. An extruded divider to be provided every 24 inches of width.
Screen:
The screening shall be 304 stainless steel in either of the following configurations:

MEETS FEDERAL SPECIFICATION STANDARD A-A-1037B DATED APRIL 19, 1990 FOR TYPE I, CLASS I WIRE FABRIC.
MEETS THE ASTM STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL WIRE CLOTH AND SCREENS, DESIGNATION E-437-85.
The screen shall be the Bug Blocker® as produced by Rasco Industries, Inc. or approved equal.
